Plan and host Recruiting events: interview days, pop-ups, meet & greets
Create ads for and manage job board postings
Connect with colleges and other organizations to build the Philz brand
Partner with our Digital team to create and run social media campaigns
Excellent attention to detail

Proactive with strong initiative and follow through
