Mission of the role: The Coffee Quality Lead facilitates and participates in all quality driven evaluations to ensure quality and consistency are measured through impactful processes. The primary focus is monitoring post blend performance from the roasting plant to retail and final consumers.
Reports to: Coffee Buyer and Quality Manager
Post- roast quality evaluations and lab assistant responsibilities (75% of workload)
Retail- driven research and development projects (25% of workload)
