  • What you'll be doing

    This role Betters Days by supporting the full cycle recruiting process of our retail markets and providing flex coverage to the Recruiting team to cover PTO, high demand staffing, and other capacity issues. You will review applications, conduct interviews, curate the candidate experience, and consult with key stakeholders to develop market understanding and meet staffing needs.

    What you'll need to succeed

    ● Previous recruiting experience is required. 
    ● Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus.
    ● Ability to assess top talent for our retail locations.
    ● Excellent written and verbal communication.
    ● Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills.
    ● Connects quickly with people.
    ● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail hiring managers and cross-functional team members.
    ● Comfortable in and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
    ● Passion for the Philz mission, values, and culture.
    ● A “can-do” attitude with a great sense of humor.
