The Office Coordinator is expected to create & enhance a Home Office environment that is warm, welcoming, clean, and functional for HO Team Members. They will also support the Leadership Team. This role is the face of our Home Office and is critical to our culture and ability to perform. This role also serves as an administrative arm to our C team - booking meetings, handling travel & key meeting logistics. Travel logistics for other departments will happen on an ad hoc basis.

About the Role:
We are excited to introduce a new role at Philz, the Vice President of Marketing. This role will be an integral addition to the Executive team responsible for developing, leading and executing a marketing/brand strategy as Philz enters the next phase of growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. To date Philz has relied heavily on a word-of-mouth, “tell a friend”, approach to marketing. We want to stay true to these roots while also developing a more strategic marketing program.
